Hello

I’m Jiwoo Lee, a senior (4th year) in the Department of IT Intelligence and Information Engineering at Jeonbuk National University. I conducted research at the Distributed Network Laboratory, where I studied networks and system architecture, and through capstone projects I gained hands-on experience configuring and operating servers myself. By leveraging AI development tools to verify and improve my work, I have also broadened my understanding of systems as a whole.

I am currently interested in IT infrastructure as a whole — including networking, servers, and system operations — as well as in applied AI. My goal is to grow into an engineer who supports stable service operations in environments where multiple technologies come together.

Moin Inc.
Moin Global Friends 18th (Supporter)
Mar 2025 – Jun 2025 Online
Worked as a supporter for the overseas remittance platform “Moin”, producing exchange-student-in-Germany content that earned readers’ trust and generated real revenue. Researched and broke down complex processes — Sperrkonto setup, visa applications, public insurance and vaccination procedures — into clear, step-by-step blog posts. Rather than simply listing information, I highlighted critical cautions and must-do checklists, and used screenshots and other visuals to develop strong readable-document skills. The posts were actively used by fellow exchange students and received feedback that they were genuinely helpful. Notably, the credibility of the content drove many readers to sign up via the Sperrkonto referral program, generating revenue and demonstrating the impact of the content.

Jeonbuk National University / University of Duisburg-Essen
Exchange Student
Jeonbuk National University / University of Duisburg-Essen
Apr 2025 – Sep 2025 Duisburg, Germany
Took courses delivered in English and collaborated with students from various countries, improving my ability to reconcile differing perspectives and communicate clearly. While living in Germany, I learned German to handle daily challenges independently, building the ability to quickly grasp unfamiliar situations and respond proactively. I believe this experience will help me consider AI service responses and usability from diverse user perspectives and adapt flexibly to changing environments.
